Child Family Services Program at Plattsburgh State

Important and Meaningful Work

Child Family Services prepares students for careers in public and private human service agencies.

Emphasis on learning to help individuals and families solve problems related to child development, family relations, aging, nutritional planning for individuals and families, family financial management.

One semester of full-time, supervised field work required in a human service agency. Students are prepared for graduate study in a related field.
