Prior to Plattsburgh State, Elizabeth spent 8 years as an instructor at Cornell University, Ithaca College, and Ohio University. Recently, Dr. Bernat -- with two other faculty members -- has been carrying out a ground-breaking investigation into community web visibility (www.communitywebvisibility.com ). The intent of the CWV Project is to be able to simultaneously contribute to the field of emerging mass media communication and, equally, assist community-based organizations and leaders with a more ecological approach to online visibility.
