New Changes Starting in February 2004

What are the new changes?

Upon successful completion of your respective program & passing scores of the necessary New York State Teacher Certification Exams (N.Y.S.T.C.E.), you will then apply for an Initial Certification. The Initial Certification will be valid for three years. A one-year extension is possible with 24 semester hours of approved graduate study. *Please note that you will need to take the Praxis I: Pre-Professional Skills Tests (P.P.S.T.) at least two semesters before enrolling for EDU330
