- Growing Our Administrative Leaders (G.O.A.L.) - GOAL, EDA 551, is a graduate course in experiential administration, designed for candidates who may be contemplating application to the Ed. Leadership program/CAS, but who are not presently enrolled in the CAS program. Its purpose is to introduce potential administration professionals to the world of educational leadership. Candidates are individually selected to enroll in this course and must have a mentor/sponsor.
