Duties include but may not be limited to answering phones, software and hardware installation & troubleshooting, performing on-site visits to assist faculty/staff and students, and computer setup and deliveries.Successful candidates will also need good customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. |

Lab Aide |
This is an entry level position responsible for monitoring the Feinberg computer lab and adjoining computer facilities.Duties include answering phones, entering data, distributing media, and signing out computers.Students will be trained on use of the binding and laminating machines. |

Lab Supervisor |
Experienced lab aide with supervisory responsibility over other aides.Skills more managerial than technical; demonstrates effective customer service orientation.Will work closely with labaides to provide new services to those using the facilities. |

Works closely with professional staff technician installing software, troubleshooting, and adjusting configurations. |

Projection Room Operations Assistant (Media) |
Assist with the delivery of multi-media programming in the Yokum Communications/Lecture Hall.Duties include: operation of projection equipment, TV’s, VCR’s and computers.Successful applicants will be able to follow written instructions and work well on their own. |
Some experience with software installations, troubleshooting and networking. |

Classroom Distribution Assistant (Media) |
Assist the Media Services unit the delivery and retrieval of audio-visual equipment.Equipment may include: VCR’s, televisions, slide projectors, tape recorders and computer equipment.On-the-job training is provided.Successful applicants will be able to follow written instructions and work well on their own. |
